Um wow, he benches the hot Pedroia while putting Crisp and Cora to lead the offense against Peavy?? Coco's been hot as of late but he also had a hot stretch in early May so Im taking it with a grain of salt. But yet he leaves sub mendoza Lugo in the game, I guess it'll take time for him to start platooning Cora with Lugo

From 8th to 2nd Peavy will face Lugo, Beckett, Crisp, Cora

He got himself ejected in last night's game to light a fire under the team's ass, and then he benches Pedroia for Cora and leaves Lugo at SS. I don't know what's going through his head.

9th and 1st aren't terrible...I mean, Beckett can swing the bat and Crisp has been the best hitter on the team for the past two weeks. But Beckett is still considered a black hole, and with Lugo and Cora in there we have 3 of them instead of 2. Nice job, Tito.

The whole "left handed batter against right handed pitcher" idea is completely overrated when the left handed batter is terrible against said pitcher.

Two batters, two strikeouts for Beckett.

Damn, I had no idea that Tek would try for 3rd. Nice hustle

Wow, Tek now has 3 Triples on the year

No one was covering 3rd. Very head's up by the Captain! :)

Go Julio!

f***ing Lugo!! First he swings on a 3-0 pitch' date=' which woulldve been ball 4. Now on a 3-2 pitch (ball 4 again) he reaches outside of the zone for a weak grounder[/quote']

He's forgotten how to play baseball. I just don't get it.
