Cause he's a kid. I know people who chew tabaco and it is terrible. It destroys your mouth and gums, giving you holes and mouth cancer, it can spread down your throat and give you lung cancer, etc. Its very disgusting what it does to you. There is no reason for it either and I hate seeing kids use it.

 

Beckett gets out of trouble again. Looking solid (knocking on wood).

 

He's a big boy (well, not big). I'm sure he knows the risks and can make his own decisions.

I know that he is "old enough to make the choice, I just don't think it's a very good choice. Actually, not at all a good choice, its a terrible choice. I'm certainly not saying that he should be allowed to, I just hope he isn't. It's called concern...

pretty much word for word. they pointed out how he has the second best run support in the majors behind Dontrelle. these announcers annoy the hell out of me though, they broadcast the game like they're talking to people who've never seen the game of baseball before
