And his reward is that people like you and Mr Crunchy will continue to believe that' date=' for some reason, he's clean now.[/quote']

1st of all

he didnt break any rules when he was juicing did he??

2nd of all

im from missouri and am willing to buy into your theory

just show me ok??

i will repeat this for the hearing impaired and or the blind

nobody would love to see him and the yankee organization humiliated more than i

nobody

honest to god

this is very simple

show me hes juicing or come up with an original story

youre giving me the gerry callahan version of the story which is essentially nothing new

there are dozens of ballplayers i suspect, many ex redsox players come to mind

petey damon millar lowell

all these guys i suspect used roids for a variety of reasons and i still dont care

giambi is under a microscope being held by mlb

he along with bonds is being watched with a close eye by everyone,me and you included

im sure theres random testing

im not naive enuff to think that they dont have substances that are ahead of the testing but i also dont think hed be that stupid to use while the entire f***ing league is watching him either

The Yankees searched tirelessly for a way to revoke Giambi's $80M contract after his "admission". They even tried to get his approval to send him to the minors, to no avail. Does anyone really think he is not being tested on a regular basis? Does anyone really believe he would risk $20M plus per year for the remainder of his contract by taking roids? I believe he is smarter than that. Go back and look at his numbers from high school, college and his year with the Alaska Goldpanners before joining Oakland. He's been quite consistent.

the power outages and corresponding roid related injuries that occured after roid testing began speak a lot louder than jason giambi

from the todd heltons to the trot nixons to the sosas and palmeiros

everyones #s went down or completely disappeared

i do hope they catch giambi juicing...i'd pay 500.00 to watch that press conference

i just dont think he is

and if all the proof you have is his intensity and greasy hair?

then i,as a half breed southern italian, can tell you that look is very very common where i live and that it isnt associated with steroids

I've consistently held the opinion that the use of perf. enh. drugs goes way beyond guys hitting 50 HRs per year. My suspects, past and present, include Nomar, Petey, Trot, Tek, Pujols, Luis Gonzalez, Juan Gonzalez, Thome, Sexson, Glaus, Chipper, Berkman, Chavez, Abreu, Burks, Tejada, GArret Anderson, Tino, Bagwell, Buhner, Justice, Albert Belle, Burnitz, Teixera, Soriano, Ensberg, Griffey, Jr.,

fk it.

I could go on all day.

Until they find EVERY guy who EVER did the sh*t, including the fringe players who only ever got any decent MLB time because of their use, I don't agree with persecuting only the high profile guys. Bonds was great anyway, and despite being a total a-hole, why should he get hammered more than the guys who get 300 HRs in their careers with the juice when they'd have no career at all without it?

The use of PEDs is so pervasive and probably extends back way further than the look-back period baseball seems to want to use.

Did Mike Schmidt use something? Reggie Jackson? George Bell, Jack Clark, Andre Dawson? Christ, Phil Plantier hit 34 HRs for San Diego in 1993...what about him?

Frankly I don't care who used what, and who continues to destroy their body for relatively short-term gains.

luis gonzales hit 55 hrs?

he weighs as much as my left leg

i s*** bigger than him today

bagwell goes from a 40hr guy to a guy who cant hit .200 since roid testing began

i want his head

theyve been taking speed since the 40s

come septemer after 140 games, train rides and beanballs i have no issue with guys taking uppers to get on the field just as i have no problem with guys taking pain killers, which are not only addictive but also performance enhancing

ban uppers??

good

now lets ban cortizone as well

ever have a cortizone injection??

1 day you cant walk, the next you feel like fred astaire

thats some bad ass s***

lets ban all painkillers as well

all which can destroy your nervous system and are habit forming

all of the above chemicals enhance players performance in 1 way or another

I heard certain areas within the land of the blackstone had significant plumbing problems...now I think I understand the root cause.

Not to get argumentative, because I agree with you in regards to the hypocrisy of allowing some drugs that help you out but not others (isn't cortizone a steroid?). But, MLB issued a memorandum to every team in the early '90s where they stated that the use of any controlled substances was not allowed. So, technically, when Sosa was juicing it was against the rules, although nothing had been put into the CBA yet.
