"The New England Patriots released wide receiver Doug Gabriel today. Additionally, the Patriots signed two players to their practice squad - defensive back Justin Phinisee and safety Guss Scott. New England also released cornerback James Patrick from its practice squad." (via Pats website)

 

 

Since the Vikings game he has sucked! By Doug... Hopefully next year we can land 1 or 2 good WR.

 

There is "good news" in all of this. If they signed a RB I would be a little more nervous about what might be wrong with Marhoney. Hopefully he comes back next week, we really need him on the field.
