Well in theory, there's two losses in there, but then who would have thought the yankees would score 4 runs off Billy Wagner?

I would call it scoring 4 runs off Wanger. It was more of a score 1 run off Wagner and then just stand in the batter's box while he implodes.

Melky earned that walk, he fouled off tough pitch after tough pitch. That's what made wagner implode. He didn't choke on his own, the yankees forced him to lose it. That's what made it earning that come back in my opinion.

Well..there you have it.. This is what happens when you have to start a jobber like Dinardo and bring in another jobber.. What a f***ing throw-away game.. If Fat Boy can pitch like he is capable of..We will have no problem winning the division and much more.

tito is a freakin genius... look at the chessmatch of the double switch after he left lenny in 4 innings too long... Jeezus..

 

You would rather have him use his reliable relievers the past 4 innings early on in the game, then have them be tired for the Yankees game? Great strategy. Its obvious to give Alvarez the work in so the bullpen can be fresh when they get back to Fenway for a more important series
