need help finding a website

A while back when I was playing online I found a great link at a website. Unfortunately, I do not remember where I was when I found the link. A friend suggested that I ask the fine people here.

 

I believe the name of the link was "where they are now". You could find where many Red Sox players are now by clicking on the link. Anyone have any idea where I saw this link? I did find Kevin Millar by doing a search, but I don't want to have to do that for all my players who have moved on.

 

Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated.
