Lemieux plans to move the Pens to either Kansas City or Houston

MC, not sure if you follow hockey but, what are your thoughts? I do hope they stay in Pittsburgh.

Kansas City? Houston? I dont associate them with hockey at all. I really do hope they stay in Pittsburgh, itd only be right.

Houston is actually a great hockey town. The fans really support their minor league team, Houston Aeroes. Not sure about KC, though.

Well Lemieux wants a new arena, and deserves one. If we would just agree to the new arena the Pens wouldn't go anywhere. He applied for a slots license so the arena wouldn't come from tax dollars. The city was awarded the right to have slots, and now the governement is trying to screw Mario out of his arena. He applied for the license and it's been stolen away from him. If he doesn't get the arena I hope he moves the team, because after all he has done for this city he deserves better.

 

Trust me he absolutely does not want to move this team.
