NFL Week 14 Prizes & Picks

[Sox Fan on Cape]

Okay sports fans, in an effort to make it simple, there are three prizes. The first is for "Straight Picks" this for just picking the winner of the game regardless of the spread. The second is picking against the spread this would be in the "Spread" category. The third is the closest to Monday Night Football (MNF ) total score ( this the total combined points for both teams +/- . This means you can be over or under the actual score, its the closest deviation ). The closest for MNF is also the tie breaker for the first two categories. You can make up to three submissions : one for Straight, one for Spread, and one for total pts for MNF. You can make a pick for one, two or more, and also just pick for fun, just for recognition, its your choice. I will place a template for you to copy amd paste below. You must have 10 posts to win a prize, you can't use the same number for MNF number as someone else, duplicates will revert back top the first post.There must be 8 or more contestents. The prizes :

Thanks See Red. For some reason, this week it seems you guys want to make-up your own spreads. You're picking against the spread. The spread is a means of establishing a way to even up the differnial between a favorite and an underdog ( basically for wagering ). Obviously, no one would pick 16 games and take the underdog and expect to win. To give you an example : Carolina is favored by 5.5 poits over Tampa Bay, this means if you chose Carolina, they must win by more tahn 5.5 points for you to win your pick. If, however, you picked Tampa Bay they must either win or lose by less 5.5 points. As of right now there are no legimate picks in the " spread category " . The "offical" spreaed is listed in my original post and is to be used as a template. The official Spread is :
