im not rooting for the astros, not just because of the white sox easily handing us a sweep. Im pulling it for Roger who could be pitching his last games of his career. what better way to end it winning it all? The Astros have also never had a world series win, let alone this is their 1st world series entry in franchise history

astros' pitchers are phenomenal, no doubt. but 'taking them over the sox any day of the week' is a bit dismissive. that's ok, we're used to being the underdogs. we're used to being the best team in baseball for 95% of the year and being relegated behind overrated BoSox team highlights and overhyped, uoverrated, under-talented Skankees team.

yeah, bitterness has a tendancy to compound. it's ok, i understand. amazing how the fan of a team that broke it's own streak of losing just last year can grow so bitter and angry just a year later.

I understand taking some exception to Red Sox fans who say no one is interested in watching us, but if they want to root for the Astros, so be it.

 

BTW, Ozzie is not a dick, Carl is crazy (but Red Sox rooted for him when he played for them, and Red Sox fans d$*n sure wouldn't have said the Red Sox didn't deserve to win the WS if he was on your team last season), and no one who was on the team in 1919 is associated with the team now.

everything was fine until Moose accused me of kissing ass. he said i wasn't a red sox fan. he was incorrect. i had said nice things about boston and the sox, but bitter-ass fans here called me a kiss-ass.

 

then, i was criticized and attacked by others. they used names and poked fun of the white sox and their history of not winning a series. i pointed out that the red sox fans here seem bitter and hypocritical, having won just one series just one year ago. then, i was called a red sox hater.

 

seems many here are doing both sides. maybe they just don't like me. that's alright. now, they're doctoring posts with 'love' in front of the skankees and not posting links to prove i typed it. they can't battle me intellectually, so they call me names. i call names back (bitter, etc) and they accuse me of being anti-red sox.

 

they're schizophrenic, it appears, and all about 15 years old and getting off on typing words they wouldn't say to a person face to face. laughing their little acne-infested virgin faces off.

 

someone needs a hobby and a girlfriend... about five of these guys, actually.

i have no f***ing clue what you're all talking about, but i suspect someone has taken it upon themselves to use this name on some other site. the moderator here can determine the isp address rather easily. then, the isp address on the other site can be obtained. then, if it is moose or someone else on this site posing as me, they can kiss my ass and apologize.

If you go to these lengths, then you must also be aware that, even in cyberspace, posing as a user and editing raw content is both a U.S. crime (a misdemeanor if in the same state as the person you are posing), and subjectable to plagiariazation claims and penalties. This would mean that an offense can be documented and (even if not brought to court) can be recognized by an appropriate legal party (local or state police, or federal criminal entities) as an illegal act. This falls under penalties of identity theft, forgery (if including funds received), and/or harassment. If across state lines, harassment penalties may become felony-applicable.

 

If you think because you are 15, 16, or 17 you can ge away with anything classified as such, you are sorely mistaken. In fact, i'd be a bit more careful who you fool with. Some of us know a bit more about ISP addresses than you would ordinarily run into.

 

That said, what you have posted is either an indication of your petulant, virginal, acne-faced youth or a harbinger of your future status as a 30 year-old unemployed college dropout virgin who never quite made it past cashier at the local McDonald's.

Clearly, your intent was to rip him with insults and unfounded accusations. One Red Seat is one of the most respected and productive members of this site. You picked the wrong guy to attempt to bash. first off, you missed my first line stating that i issued this to whomever did it.

second, plagiarism is not what i had implied so much as the identity theft of an individual's intellectual property... check it out.

 

third, as a law student, i can tell you that there are penalties (however obscure and costly) that one can pursue. I would never pursue it. mine was intended as a warning for those persisting in the behavior that has occured here. i won't waste my time on this site trying to prove a point to a bunch of teenagers (you aside, obviously), and my irritation-inspired (admittedly somewhat glib) outrage was intended to show the offender that someone else may not take so kindly to their posing as a user (in the future). as for me, i think it's humorous that someone has that much time on their hands and that much of a willingness to discredit someone they've never met in front of other people they've never met by forging typed words.

 

as i said, in the intro i indicated it was intended for the offender, not you.

 

p.s. freshman calculus was difficult, but i got a B.

I read all the posts. But basically, you decided to attack one of two people that you've been been fighting with. You just chose the wrong one ( I'm not sure there is a right one ) The whole initial aurgument was petty to begin with. Howver, ithas some how been escalated to much more than name calling. As a law student, you should know that you must establish your facts first. Personally, I beleive you owe One Red Seat an apology.
