yess get to see a Yankees game, its been awhile since I last had seen them play. it will be on tonight at 8 on ESPN. Go A's!!!

A's, Zito aim for series win over Yanks

New York (76-59) at Oakland (76-59), 8:05 p.m. ET

Barry Zito, the most veteran pitcher in the A's rotation at just 27 years old, gets the call in the final game of the A's and Yankees weekend series. Oakland couldn't have picked a better candidate to make the start. The lefty is coming off a commanding performance against the Angels in which he threw nine innings and allowed just one run in an 11-inning A's victory. He gave up just three hits in that game and fanned nine batters.

Zito has not had the best luck against New York in his career, going 2-6 with a 4.11 ERA in 12 regular season starts. Earlier this year, he received a no-decision in Oakland's 6-3 win in 10 innings at Yankee Stadium.

i hope you yanks fans dont take this is as he will be hitting homers left and right. Besides that, he was complaining about how Sox fans were booing about him striking out in Fenway, will Yankee Stadium play nice when he K's?

I honestly dont care just as long as he isnt our starting 2B.

Chacon gets out of it. One more thing on that play....where was Jorge on that play? There is a reason why they have catchers run down the line. He did that in Tampa when Cano made the throwing error and Torre ripped him in the team meeting.
