Detroit (61-65) at Boston (73-53), 7:05 p.m. ET

The Red Sox have been invincible at Fenway Park of late, and will try to keep that trend going when they take on the Tigers on Saturday night.

Entering the second game of their three-game set with the Tigers, the Sox have won their last 14 games at Fenway, their longest home streak since 1988 and the fourth longest in team history.

Bronson Arroyo takes the ball for Boston in search of his 11th win of the season, which would establish a career high. The Red Sox edged out the Tigers, 9-8, in Friday's opener of this 14-game homestand.

That lineup is quite possibly the best lineup we've seen out there all year.

That's funny. That's exactly what I thought when I read it too. We have had that combination of players in the order before, haven't we? Or did Petigine only start playing after nixon was hurt? In any case, I like seeing him down in the bottom of the order.
