I was browsing around and I stumbled across this guy, a SP for Toronto. He's made four MLB starts, and all were pretty impressive:

G GS W L SV CG SHO IP H R ER HR BB K ERA WHIP BAA
vs.BAL 1 1 0 1 0 0 0 7.0 4 1 1 0 0 4 1.29 0.57 .160
vs.NYY 1 1 1 0 0 0 0 7.0 4 3 3 0 3 2 3.86 1.00 .174
vs.OAK 1 1 1 0 0 0 0 6.0 8 2 2 1 1 4 3.00 1.50 .320
vs.TB 1 1 1 0 0 0 0 5.0 3 1 1 1 1 3 1.80 0.80 .167

Does anyone know anything about this 24 year old?

Nothing more than a #4. His stuff is sub-standard. His starts only appear to be good. He doesn't walk many, but he doesn't strike out many either. He's pretty much Abe Alvarez.

He's in the AL with a too low of a K ratio if you pitch in the AL and don't strike out enough batters you're gonna get burned... thats why I think Pavano may struggle a bit this season.

He pitched well against us tonight. I mean i was biting my nails that whole game after the fourth innning. Hell of a baseball game. I think that's the kind of game tha Yankees needed to win to get back into the swing of things. But, he's a hell of a pitcher, weird looking but a good pitcher.
