Lost in all of the runs right now is how well Lowe has been pitching. He's downright dominant. I thought he'd lose it early in the second when he walked whoever that was and kinda looked peeved (since he's a headcase out there usually), but he's settled down nicely.

Congratulations I hope they win the World Series so the Red sox can be just a reglar team so we can keep this curse mess up to the cubbies. They will have a tough one against Houston or St. Louis both are very tough ballclubs. Yanks will be back in the thick of things in '05.

Wow. Lowe is simply dominant. He's just making the yankee hitters look STUPID. I change my mind about him, he's a big game pitcher, despite his all too frequent implosions. When its really all on the line (see: now and game 5 alds last year) he turns it up and is downright amazing.

No one is Terry considering taking Lowe out in favor of Pedro. I really hope Lowe isn't finished, why take him out now if he's on such a roll?

This settles it. Terry Francona is the WORST manager ever. The Red Sox will win in spite of him. Why do you go to PEDRO MARTINEZ IN THE SEVENTH INNING OF A GAME IN WHICH LOWE IS PITCHING THE BEST HE'S EVER PITCHED. This makes no sense. It will only tire Pedro out for when we will really need him, the f***ing world series if we make it that far. The ONLY reason Tito could be making this move is to have Pedro on the mound when we win it to atone for last year, and thats just plain s***** managing.

 

You play to win, not to make Pedro happy on the mound. This is complete and utter ********. I HATE Terry Francona more than anything right now. I could kill him. Lowe is an unstoppable force and you bring in PEDRO WHO PITCHED TWO DAYS AGO for NO REASON AT ALL. DAMMIT TERRY!

I can't take this. It's almost as if Terry Francona felt bad for Grady Little and wanted to snatch the title of the worst move in playoff history away from him. I just dont get it. I'm fuming mad right now.

This game should be 8-1, the crowd should be silent, and it should be much closer to the end of the game. But no. Right now I feel like the sox are losing, despite the 5 run lead.

 

Now if f***cona leaves Pedro in for the 8th... I'm gonna put a hole through my wall.

Lowe on 2 days rest that's probably why he was pulled. Pedro is ready to go for the 8th he was really cranking it up. I wouldn't put him in though

But I'm still upset. The fact that our manager can be THAT clueless is scary. Even the half-retarded FOX announcers knew not to put Pedro in.
