Look Nomar was making it obviously clear, that he wanted no part of the Red Sox organization. He even threaten to put himself on the DL because of a sore ankle. He wasn't playing good defense, and brought team chemsitry down. Nomar had his feelings hurt and didn't want to play for us at all.

 

Orlando Caberra is probably the top defensive shortstop in the AL. He's a great stop gap until Hanley Ramriez can take over in 2006. Orlando is hitting .288 with Boston, and has played in all but 2 games with Boston. He has made numerous plays Nomar wouldn't have made, and he also brought Doug Mientcawitz with him. Without those two we don't win last night's game, and were probably not making the playoffs

you are so retarded, Nomar didn't want to be here, he didnt want to play. When he was traded he started doing a great amount better. He wasn't even playinf 70% while we have Cabrera who is a better fielder and an average hitter who is playing 110%. I would much rather have 110% than bitchy Nomar

Now, what you did before is back up your argument with fact. You finally mentioned that Nomar was your favorite player, and that you were biased. Ohhhhhhh. I get it now. Your facts just proved Nomar was better, man you are getting better at this whole facts and backing stuff up thing. I get it, so because The Bitch was your favorite player he was better for the team than Nomar. This is what i think, yes Nomar is a better player than Orlando Cabrera you can tell that from his career numbers, but he wasnt better for the Red Sox at this point. The Red Sox needed to trade him and they got a great replacement, Orlando Cabrera is just a great Red Sox
