How come no one is giving Trot s*** for only playing 29 games this season? I dont get it.

thats also because trot has a reputation of being the type of "dirt dawg" who would drag his ass out of his death bed to play if the osx needed him. As opposed to a sulky, brooding---sensitive guy who turned down 60 million beans and seemingly gets injured a lot and then broods about being pressured to come back. all more than likely perceptions but explanations nonethelss.

Yeah I actually respect trot nixon,he also help create the best catch this year.

thats right...and empire...if thats the jeter diving into the stands im gunna be mad. it wasnt that great, i still dont think it was necessary to dive into the stands.

 

look at jim edmonds and his robbing HRs techniques, and torii hunter. jeter didnt have the best catch.

That doesn't really mean crap, they just want him to face live pitching to get his timing down.

 

Why hasn't Trot gotten crap? Because he's been consistently healthy, in the lineup and producing good numbers for about 5 years now. Trot plays with everything he's got everyday. Everybody loves Trot and with good reason. I'm ecstatic to see that he's on his way back.
