Whats up with the tigers?

They're in first place with a 4-0 record. Is this the real deal or is it just another sprint out of the gate, like the Royals had last year?

 

Personally, I see it as a mix. While there is no chance in hell that the Tigers will win the division (err, at least I dont think there's one), they will certainly do better than before. Maybe I-Rod was the spark the team needed to get out of the gutter?

They're not in fourth place...

 

I-rod is certainly helping, although the loss of Dimytri Young could hurt a lot.

 

The White Sox/Minn will probably win the division, but it's not unreasonable to say the Tigers will.

Heh...kind of scary to think they have the best record in all of baseball.
