    That's the thing though . Duran has proven himself to be a bit of an Iron man , where-as Ragans has only shown himself durable in 1 season . If Ragans can stay healthy , he might prove to be a top 3 SP . Though Duran has struggled some defensively in LF ,especially with the Monster , He has played near GG defense in CF , with only 1 error there in 2022 , and 1 error there in 2024 .

    I wouldn't say nobody to hit behind Anthony . Although it would not be ideal , this team could make it back to the playoffs with the current roster , as it stands . Anthony - LF , Duran - CF , Story - SS , Casas/Gonzales - 1B , Abreau - RF , Yoshita - DH ,Narvaez - C , Mayer - 3B , Rafaela - 2B , Eaton/Wong/Campbell - Bench .

    He would be a 25-30 HR hitter , and a doubles machine , playing half of his games in Fenway , and the bulk of away games in the ALeast parks that are all pretty much hitter friendly . In Fenway especially , as a righthanded pull hitter , allot of those deep flyballs in LF that were previously outs for him , will become Green Monster Doubles instead . He is also a plus defender at 1B . 18mil per year is actually a good deal for that type of player .

    I would not mind seeing one of Bregman , Marte , or Bichette , paired with one of E. Suarez , Okamoto , or Polanco .
