  1. I don't mind going after Cora when I think he deserves it.
  2. A manager's main job is to give his team the best chance to win. Not employing the team's best hitter in a close game does not support this.
  3. Don't like to see anyone get hurt, but I'll make an exception with this HP chumpire.
  4. I agree. Nothing beautiful about disgusting umpiring.
  5. MLB umpiring right down there with NHL refereeing.
  6. Why would you think Cora would have JD PH for Dugo, when he didn't PH for Dalbec?
  7. Talking heads in Twins' booth were saying that the reason Cora didn't PH JD for Dalbec was so Dalbec wouldn't lose his confidence. Obviously, the morons didn't research Cora's unique managing history.
  8. Don't forget to thank the Twins' catcher.
  9. Not letting JD bat is what Cora does. I don't like it, but he's the manager.
  10. I predict that #42 will be the SOX hero today.
  11. Maybe Dodgers' fans are expecting that.
  12. Pretty impressive considering his 1st start.
  13. Seriously, were you expecting 159-3?
  14. Not hoping for failure, just stating a situation that could happen.
  15. A couple of the successful SOX teams were good at that.
  16. If some of you can't be happy with 3 outta 4, you're gonna be sad a lot this season.
  17. Good pitching beats good hitting. That's been the case since baseball was invented. Tip your cap to the pitcher and try to hit him next time.
  18. That's obviously up to Cora, who in the past usually hasn't used a regular whom he's rested to PH.
  19. In case anyone's interested. JD's history against Pineda is 2-9 with 4 K's and 1 double. SSS, but probably still a good day to rest him.
  20. Richards is a SOX now and we have to hope for the best. If he can recapture his control, he may surprise a lot of us.
  21. In a worst case scenario the SOX take 3 of 4 from a good Twins' team on the road. I really can't be too upset with that. But let's sweep them anyway.
  22. Let's go, SOX. I don't want to have to turn my calendar ahead.
  23. Looks like the Twins have their own version of a 'panda' at 3rd.
