  1. I really like the way this line-up is set up right now. Obviously, things could change.
  2. So who should lead off? I'm just guessing that Kike's his best option.
  3. Not so long ago there were a handful of throwers reaching 99mph; now there's a truckload. What happened?
  4. I forgot about that. My bad.
  5. Sale who? Only kidding.
  6. Looks like the O's offense will break their 5 game streak of 13 or more K's.
  7. To be competitive this year the SOX are gonna have to obtain more 6 inning starts.
  8. Not sure keeping Hernandez in was a good move. Get a scoreless inning from him, count your blessings, and move to the next guy.
  9. He is, but he doesn't like to be called Serious.
  10. They could panic and replace him with Chavez, the hammer.
  11. If the SOX hitters 1-6 can continue to produce, the SOX can be patient with Dalbec.
  12. The only guy in the pen who has a specific time to be called is Josh. The time is when the SOX have at least a 7 run lead.
  13. Hernandez will always be an adventure on the mound.
  14. Yes, taking him out on a positive note is a good move.
  15. C'mon, this is a different pen from last year. Can't we give them till at least May before we call them pigs?
  16. Kudos to Richards for hangin' in after that whiplash 1st inning.
  17. DEVERS DEliVERS! Again.
  18. I agree 100%. Hammerin' Hank owns the lifetime mark for HR's and Ruth holds the single season record. Maris gets the asterisk.
  19. Of the players after the '60's Cecil Fielder is considered the slowest.
  20. He definitely likes Zimmerman.
  21. Deader ball, no steroids. I guess Bond's records are safe.
  22. Yup, he was sloooooow. I checked the internet on slow runners and found the SOX had their share.
  23. Well, if he gets control of those two pitches, the SOX may have something special. I HOPE.
  24. Ernie Lombardi was perhaps the slowest runner in mlb history. He was so slow that many times he would get thrown out at 1st by the RF. However, he was such a great hitter that he finished his 15 year career with a .306 lifetime BA.
  25. Unfortunately, speed cannot be learned.
