  1. Not as overtaxed as I am living in NY state.
  2. Why not? These new f'ing rules have already made a joke of the game. Another one isn't going to hurt.
  3. Renfroe has overachieved offensively so far this year. That's a good thing for the SOX.
  4. No more Chavis and much more Duran. That was special. I thought he might lap Plawecki on the basepath.
  5. That was a ball, but what the hell are balls and strikes anymore?
  6. That appears all for Houck. Nice 4 innings. Based on his mechanics, I just hope he has a rubber arm. Hopefully, he can add a change-up to his pitches.
  7. That's very possible. I assume his other out will be a pop-up.
  8. I hate them also. The last rule change f'ing MLB(the AL, anyway) made that I actually liked was the DH.
  9. So, when the Yankems were leading 4-0 after 7 on Sunday, would you have been delighted that it wasn't a 9 inning game?
  10. I agree. I've heard them all with this Extra Innings package. I've actually posted those very same words of how fortunate the fans are who get most games on NESN.
  11. VAZ handles EO very well, but that could be because EO is the SOX only quality starter.
  12. I like Remy; I loved him as a ballplayer and I like him in the booth. ECK is the guy in the booth who may have overstayed his welcome. How many times can one say 'cheese?'
  13. It's kind of confusing who Cora 'rests' and who he doesn't 'rest.' Catching is the most taxing position for an everyday player.
  14. Moon has called this season so far 'magical.' I think a more appropriate description would be 'Twilight Zoney.' With some major weak parts on this team and that they're in 1st place, yup, this is The Twilight Zone.
  15. 33 comeback wins so far and this is your post? 33 comeback wins because the SOX have one of the worst starting staffs in MLB.
  16. His hitting, or lack of, is much worse than his defense this year.
  17. It was a strike and the pane of glass thingy was a different pitch.
  18. Why the hell was Richards even starting the 5th? C'mon, Cora, don't expect the SOX to comeback every game. That's not sustainable. 'Sustainable' is a catchy word.
  19. Ray's a good pitcher. The SOX, unfortunately, don't get to bat against Richards, Pivetta and Perez.
  20. You love to fault VAZ, but Richards sux no matter if Varitek was catching him.
  21. Bloom, the SOX need a starting pitcher. And they need it yesterday.
  22. F'ingchavis. That's one word.
