    Oops. Sorry, Max. VAZ should be DFA'd, ASAP. Only partially kidding. No excuse giving a batter a lollipop on an 0-2 count.

    Still pissed how that game ended. Knowing that the SOX pitchers, at least I hope Cora was awake to know, have given up hits recently on 0-2 counts, might it have been a good idea to have a conference on the mound before Whitlock threw that 0-2 pitch? Just throwing it out there.

    On the good news front; after the Seattle series 11 of the final 14 games are against the O's(6), the Mets(2), the Nats(3). The other 3 are vs the Yankems.

    Based on how badly the SOX play on the west coast, I'm not foreseeing anything positive in the Seattle series. But in the words of Yogi Bear "it ain't over till, aw, fug it."

    That was just me being sarcastic. There's no way in hell I would enjoy another season of JD.

    I don't think it's fair that in so many games the SOX defense has to supply all the errors. It just seems sportsmanlike that the other teams should also chip in.

    Sometimes when a foul ball hits the chUMP'S mask, one of two things happens; he either gets his vision back or he has to leave the game. In either case it's a win-win.

    One big problem solved. The SOX FO doesn't have to re-sign Schwarber and we can all enjoy one more season of JD.

    Seems like the mob is after Schwarber. The love fest was just temporary.

    Funny that when the opposing batter gets on base because of a SOX error, more often than not since late July, the guy scores. Oh, well, Pivetta pitched well and the SOX will have to dig deep for a come from behind win.

    I'm guessing(hoping) Lynn will be removed earlier than scheduled because of his knee.

    Bad call by HP chUMP. Lynn's knee taking a beating supporting all that lard.

    Except one of the starters has that most times he starts.

    Lynn is a tub on the mound, but he's definitely a very good pitcher.
