    The SOX don't have a monopoly on brain-dead plays, but they are close to violating the Clayton Act.

    One thing I've noticed this season that's hurt the SOX offense is lack of wild pitches by the opposing pitchers. In 2018 the SOX scored a plethora of runs on wild pitches.

    He'll probably get KUT from the starting rotation. His inability to deal with a 3 out inning makes him a perfect fit for the SOX BP.

    I don't notice anything physically wrong with Devers at the plate. IMHO, he's just suffering from a humongous slump.

    There are 24 MLB teams that have a lower payroll than the SOX, and of those 24 teams 11, at this point, have a better record than the SOX. The 5 MLB teams that have a higher payroll are all playing well over .500 ball.

    Stealing 2nd improved the SOX chance of scoring by 1%.
