  1. The only batter in the SOX everyday line-up who hasn't been a hot and cold streak hitter is Turner. He's been consistent all season, so far.
  2. When Masa has a bad day at the plate, he doesn't messa round.
  3. Whatever Schreiber had before going on the IL appears to be gone.
  4. I'd love it if by chance Houston didn't make the PO's.
  5. But not Devers-like.
  6. One has to wonder if the SOX offense is better with Urias playing 2nd and Reyes at SS. Two bad calls by the chUMP that evened out and a terrible swing and miss by SOS. SOS=Same Old Story
  7. Devers was motivated to score on that errant throw because he knew Duvall was on deck.
  8. Here's an interesting stat. The SOX are 51-3 when leading after 6 innings. Best mark in MLB.
  9. Schmidt is a good pitcher. 19 quality starts before today's game, which is 3rd in MLB.
  10. If I'm not mistaken, Devers went about 20 games recently with a total of 3 RBI.
  11. Seems like this F'ing chUMP is favoring the Yankem pitcher on close pitches.
  12. If Devers 'hot' streak can last as long as his 'cold' streak, the SOX will be in pretty good shape.
  13. Even Bader was walking towards the dugout.
  14. So far Story has been an expensive IL and glove.
  15. Arguably, Jeter didn't do the Yankems a favor.
  16. Surprised that Stanton's not in the Yankem line-up. I'm glad he's not because even muscular blind squirrels, well you know the rest. I did enjoy Stanton getting booed yesterday.
  17. I originally thought that Devers' HR was way over 400 feet, but then I remembered what a pathetically short porch there is in RF.
  18. DEVERS DEliVERS! He's getting hot at the right time.
  19. For an everyday player to raise his BA 24 points this late in the season in only 4 games is unheard of.
  20. Based on the won/lost percentage of opponents for the SOX 39 final games, they will have the toughest remaining schedule in MLB. If they make the PO's, they definitely will have earned it.
  21. Update: 17-21. Four straight games of 4 hits or more.
  22. IMHO, Dugo is an excellent defensive RF. I've been disappointed in his hitting, however. I thought this season with the shift no longer allowed that Dugo would show much improved offensive numbers. That hasn't happened, but there are still about 40 games left, so let's hope for the best.
  23. Speaking of hitting, J-Rod of the Mariners over his last 4 games, including today, is 16-20. He's raised his average from .256 to .278. He's not just hot, he's scalding hot.
  24. With Story, Reyes and Urias that's some pretty damn good depth in the middle of the infield. Bodes well for the future.
