The late, great Bob Uecker would have been the perfect play-by-play announcer for this A's team. Remember how great he was in the movie Major League?

Taking one's kid(s) to an A's game could have 2 effects. 1) he'll end up hating baseball, or 2) he'll believe he can perform better than A's players.

Btw, the band will now be called DURAN DURAN DURAN. Speaking for the Red Sox, Sam Kennedy stated "Duran's speed will be missed. We do wish him luck with his new endeavor."
