    Unlike many batters on the SOX it appears that Rafaela mainly hits when there are RISP. That explains his low BA and fairly high RBI.

    Another hot prospect playing 2nd base for the Portland Sea Dogs is Kristian Campbell. On another 100 top prospect list he is rated at #89.

    Btw, Rafaela's base clearing hit allowed an extra day's rest for Kenley. Little things like that sometimes get overlooked.

    21 SB, but who's counting. Seriously, he's had an amazing first half of the season, which also includes his elite defense.

    Beat the bad teams like a drum and play .500 against the good ones should get a team in the PO's.

    He only gave up 1 earned run in 10 appearances in June. The SOX BP is 2nd in the AL in ERA.

    A potential problem facing the SOX in the future. None of their starters, except for Pivetta, has thrown a lot of innings in the past. Cora will have to deal with this and it won't be easy. That's why I understand Cora removing Crawford with only 72 pitches thrown.
