  1. Definitely, but Cora has already said no, so it really doesn't matter.
  2. Devers will be better at 1st than he was at third. Moving from 3rd to 1st isn't that big a deal as has been proven many times.
  3. Devers could easily play 1st. It isn't like he's replacing a gold glove 1st baseman. Unfortunately, instead of having a real manager the Sox have Daddy Day Care Cora.
  4. The other internal option is moving Campbell to 1st. He appears to be a quick learner.
  5. Corable gives a 'not gonna happen' regarding Devers playing 1st. If the Sox don't make the PO's, perhaps that idiotic manager can be fired. I certainly hope so.
  6. On paper that's an impressive line-up and is much better than the Sox current line-up. One caution; I don't trust paper anymore.
  7. A good team player would go to his. manager and say *hey skip, let me try playing 1st.* But that's not Devers.
  8. Moving Devers to 1st makes the Sox better offensively. Sadly, Corable doesn't see this.
  9. When the Sox score 4 or less runs, their record is disgusting.
  10. Time to definitely bring up Anthony. Duran plays CF and Anthony in left. It's an no-brainer. That's why I posted it .
  11. I wasn't implying that Devers start playing 1st today.. I was reacting to Cora being dead set against it happening at all.
  12. A real manager would inform Devers that he's the new 1st baseman. Unfortunately, Cora would rather be a player's best friend than a manager.
