    The 2 guys in the Rockies' booth are arguing why O'Neili isn't in the line-up. One says it's because the SOX always platoon; the other guy says you should always keep the hot guy in the line-up. I thought they were going to come to blows.

    This is true, plus the Phanatic seems to get more TV time than Wally. Probably because of the 4-wheeler. Let's do a 'fund me' for Wally.

    The SOX actually have a better road record than the Phils. The big difference is that the Phils are playing .700 at home.

    I agree, except for the fact that O'Neill is an excellent defensive outfielder.

    Well, against RH's his platoon system has been very successful, so no reason to change. I should have realized that before I made the O'Neill post.

    Hopefully, Abreu will have some good at bats, but taking a hot hitter out of the line-up, to me, makes no sense.

    One last thing; the SOX are 1-4 so far on this road trip and they've scored 5 or more runs in all 5 games.

    I chose Witt because he plays SS very well, he hits very well and he's young. That's a hard to beat trifecta. Oh, I almost forgot, he's also a fast runner.

    Fantastic job by Criswell tonight. Btw, since June 20TH, the Rockies have hit more HR's (45) than any other team in MLB.
