  1. During this bad streak the offense hasn't been the problem.
  2. Great at-bat by Abreu with a big thank you to the chUMP.
  3. Seems like Seattle would be a good trading partner for O'Neill.
  4. A tale of two cities. One city has hitting but no pitching and the other city has pitching but no hitting.
  5. Always a good idea to pick up a batter when he's hot.
  6. Gilbert(RH) vs Pivetta Duran Abreu Masa Devers O'Neill Smith Wong Hamilton Rafaela Good Luck SOX!
  7. You're right and the friend was no help, although he did voice his opinion that Love's FOREVER CHANGES was the best album of the '60's.
  8. You legally couldn't start one anyway, according to GT law.
  9. If no one starts a GT, I'm going to trade O'Neill and Kenley, which is actually the best move this current team could make. And if one wants to call the SOX FO buyers with what they've picked up so far, then let us please be sellers.
  10. That's wonderful, MOON, but what does that have to do with my post? Both Devers' and O'Neill's BA's with RISP are embarrassing.
  11. Knowing the fragile history of the SOX, by Aug 25th Danny could be on the IL.
  12. Can I call a friend?
  13. I believe he meant that Turner would be coming to Fenway with Seattle.
  14. If Kenley's pitching and Danny's catching, the SOX will have a battery of Jansen & Jansen. That's kinda cool.
  15. Interesting that the two guys who lead the SOX in OPS also own the 2 lowest BA's with RISP.
  16. Who's Grissom?
  17. Too many holes to fix pitching wise and defensively. Trade Kenley and O'Neill by the TDL, when their value will be at its peak.
  18. Cora now claims someone forged his name on that 3 year contract.
  19. Even with all the time-saving clocks, the Yankems and SOX games still able to reach the 3 hour mark.
  20. And w/o super-sized Kenley and muscle-bound Tyler there will be much more room in the apartment.
  21. Well then it's "start swimming ya buggers."
  22. Based on the SOX pitching(actually lack of) and their remaining tough schedule, don't count the SOX out of reaching the cellar. They still have a lease on that basement apartment.
  23. Before the ASB it was "full speed ahead, Captain." Since the ASB, it's been "we've just hit an iceberg, Captain. Women and children first."
