  1. Has anyone notified Dobbins that he is now the Sox 2nd best starter?
  2. They offered him 400 mil knowing he would never sign for that. Complete scam.
  3. I was referring to his response regarding Campbell playing 1st base.
  4. Btw, why can't one of these Sox talking heads admit that the Sox going after Soto was a complete scam?
  5. Cora doing his typical Daddy Day Care speech. It really gets tiresome.
  6. I'd forgotten about Beltre. I'll modify my original post and say Beltre and Bregman are the two best defensive 3rd basemen I've ever seen play for the Sox.
  7. That is definitely correct.
  8. I disagree with the opening post. The Sox have no problem striking out.
  9. I've been watching a YouTube video '1967 in One Hour.' I love music more than I love the Sox. When asked what was my favorite year for music, w/o hesitation I reply 1967. Also, not a bad year for the Sox.
  10. I've watched every Sox game so far this season and I can say using my own eyes that Bregman is the best defensive 3rd baseman I've ever seen play for the Sox.
  11. SSS, but I like what I've seen so far. He deserves to be successful, so let's hope he is.
  12. Under the heading Defensive Runs Saved the Sox rank 16th in MLB (6). Sox catchers rank #1 with 9. The Sox OF is tied for 2nd with 12. 1st base (-7) and second base(-6) are near the bottom, only Washington is worse. 3rd base(3) and SS(-1). Texas leads with 31. Btw, the two worst teams are the A's (-40) and the Phillies (-31).
  13. Devers will do what's best for Devers. If it helps the Sox win, that's great. But let's not pretend he's a team player.
  14. Starting pitching getting thinner, especially with Buehler not being someone to be relied on to be available every 5th day.
  15. Well, he didn't really get going until late June last season, so there's that. But it'll be a monster task to replicate last season.
  16. Maybe this will light a fire under their azz. Stay tuned.
  17. A very good come back. Braves' BP looks similar to ours.
  18. Too bad the Sox don't have an outfielder at Woo who can hit.
