  1. Lately, he's been looking like your moniker at the plate.
  2. The SOX never really had a Panda, but with Holt they do have a huggy bear.
  3. Gotta keep Wright in the BP. He'll help save arms out there from our BP killer starters.
  4. Oh well, he had the right idea.
  5. Double time, Andrew.
  6. Talk about likable ballplayers. Shane Victorino.
  7. Dick Stuart proved that.
  8. I've been Hembreed enough.
  9. "A guy with no arms." A perfect description of Don Baylor before he was made into a pretty damn good DH.
  10. Andrew! Unbelievable! Also, JBJ had an excellent 6th inning. Andrew a double away from hitting for the cycle.
  11. One thing one can say about JBJ; he's never let his woes at the plate affect his fielding.
  12. Excellent catch. Nothing else to say.
  13. Of course, right after I post JD's approach of going to the opposite field, he pulls it.
  14. No rest for the wicked BP.
  15. Great play by the likable Holt.
  16. Maybe JD's approach to hitting is catching on to his teammates.
  17. Watching Price reminds me that it's a shame the SOX haven't retired Dewey's number. I believe he earned it.
  18. Also, sometimes one has to tip his/her cap to the opposing pitcher.
  19. Btw, can't help wondering if Sale, when seeing the line-up backing him up today, perhaps thought that Cora doesn't like me.
  20. It probably added a little more pressure for Sale knowing he probably wouldn't get too much offense w/o at least having JD in the line-up.
  21. I should have said that it's stupid to not at least have one of your two best hitters in the line-up.
  22. May not have mattered today, but having the team's two best hitters not starting is not how to manage to win. How exhausting would it have been for JD to DH. C'mon, Cora, use your head.
  23. Pedey seems to like that 1 sq. ft area in RF.
  24. or go to a 4 man rotation. Only kidding.
  25. I wonder what odds I'd have gotten today if I predicted that Moreland would hit a triple and Betts would drop a ball in RF?
