  1. This team is special, but until further notice, I'm going with the 2007 team.
  2. Leon and Holt provide all the runs. I seriously doubt I'll ever post that again.
  3. A save is a save, but Kimbrel, at this point, is not the same machine he was before the ASG.
  4. Damn, my bad. He sounded like Kaat. But you're right, they're both good.
  5. I try to respect the English language. Not always successful.
  6. My apologies to Bobby; he wasn't a human PED dispenser like his son.
  7. I corrected it to Barry Bonds' head.
  8. Devers' strike zone is as big as Barry Bonds' head.
  9. Watching game on MLB. Kostas is an acquired taste, but Kaat goes down easy. Gee, that doesn't sound right.
  10. Except with Devers, the ball didn't hit him; it went right between his legs. Probably never see that again in my lifetime.
  11. In the ALE the Phils would have a worse record than Tampa. Jasonbay should probably mention that to one of the Phils' fans at the game.
  12. A perfect copy of a Devers' K a couple weeks ago.
  13. Of late Hembree is no better or no worse than anyone else in the pen, excluding perhaps Bra man.
  14. BTW, excellent start by POR tonight.
  15. Hard to make critiques when your team is 50 games over .500, but I'll continue my rant that JD s/b batting 3rd.
  16. Like a pitcher falling in love with one of his pitches, Beni seems to have fallen in love with hitting to the opposite field.
  17. Guitar players hardly ever make good defensive 1st basemen.
  18. I'd never heard the word stadium used to describe a sand box.
  19. Some players do much better in a smaller market. I'm looking at you Travis Shaw.
  20. If I was the ump, I'd squeeze this moron on the mound until his head popped.
  21. The best example of a player who couldn't handle the pressure of playing in Boston compared to a small market team was Carl Crawford.
  22. Imho, pitching for Tampa is much less pressure-filled than pitching for Boston or NY.
