    Even though Beni was responsible for all 3 outs, he only had one official at bat. So, the SOX had 11 hits out of 12 official at bats that inning.

    I disagree. I think Mattingly holds a grudge over the Yankems when they passed on him as manager and hired Girardi.

    No doubt in my mind that Mattingly, dumb as he may be, wants the SOX to win. If this is not the case, it sure looks like it.

    Nunez has been a different hitter since he was moved to 3rd permanently.

    I agree. His defense is Pedey-like and he should contribute offensively.

    I don't think Cora likes to over-manage. Sometimes I feel he doesn't even like to just manage.

    Actually, I wasn't referring to Kinsler. I think it's obvious what 2 players I was referring to.

    Beware of questionable new pick-ups by the SOX who make good 1st impressions. They tend to fizzle and you have to swallow every good thing you may have said about them.

    I think SWI has proven he can catch at a high level, and with Sandy devolving at the plate, I wouldn't mind making SWI the #1 catcher starting tomorrow. He definitely brings more tools to the offense than Leon.

    I don't believe there's any love between Mattingly and the Yankems, and with the Marlins going nowhere, it wouldn't surprise me that Mattingly has no problem losing to the SOX.

    After last night's game and no challenges on 2 close plays at 2nd, I think it's obvious Mattingly is either the dumbest manager in the league or he's trying to help the SOX win.
