    I've got the xtra innings package and for some reason the HD station is only doing the audio. I've been watching it on standard, where all the players look like they've gained 50 pounds.

    Hopefully I'm wrong, but Beni won't be the 1st player in baseball history who fizzled out after a couple of seasons. If the SOX are gonna trade him, they shouldn't wait too much longer. Everyday his value drops.

    Also, unlike a few SOX players, Chavis can play everyday w/o the use of bubblewrap.

    Chavis was playing mostly 3rd base at Pawtucket. The SOX bring him up and place him at 2nd, where for the most part, he didn't embarrass himself. Then they moved him to 1st, where again, except for London, he has done a decent job. And considering all these adjustments he's still doing better than average at the plate. I give the guy credit for doing what most rookies aren't asked to do.

    C'mon, Vegasbob. MC Hammer has given the SOX more offensively than Moreland and Pearce. Of course, DD could send Hammer down so we could see more of Nunez.

    Devers is ranked 9th in MLB in average exit velocity at 94mph.

    Ask any GM in MLB which SOX player would he love to have the most. And the answer is, wait for it, Devers.
