    No, he didn't. He was just as good, last year. Also, I'm not for moving him to 1B, this season. I was at the start of ST'ing and in the past, and may be this coming winter.

    Oh, I get why we'd like to ignore those PAs. It's safe to say, Devers has been at his best, over the last 2 seasons, when you throw out the times he player hurt or was coming back from it. We can complain about real, imaginary and questionable things he feels or has said and been translated, but the guy is at his best, when at bat.

    So? He was on pace for his career high, and it was higher than it is, now. Also, look up Devers OPS from 4/24/24 to 8/2/24.
