I hate to say it, but that's a solid core to start with. What if you sign Machado, Kershaw, and Happ? You might be at $225M. You really got it out for Bogey. BTW, he got an RBI 3 games ago. he singled in Betts in our 5-3 win over the Mets- one of our few, recent early inning run knocked in. He has 8 RBIs in his last 45 ABs.

It won't be out of urgency. It will be the best way to make you guys the favorites next year and beyond for a while. You guys can probably get two big names and still stay under the second penalty line ($20M over). -

There's no way you guys reset the luxury tax just to keep Happ. They've had their eye on this FA class for a while.
