    I send my best Karma to you............ I'm mid 40's. Parents are gone.......... when people in your life leave you it is a strange experience. My mother once told me after her 6th sibling passed away and there was only one left. She said when the people leave in life that know your whole life story. The good and the bad of it, you feel very alone and that something in you is lost. You post sounds very much like what my mother said......... strange but....... thanks for letting remember that moment, which until now I pushed out of memory.

    Because you put a ? mark at the end of the sentence. I don't think the marines in Aliens were hardened. Seems like corporate military with tons of weapons, got paid good, never saw anything. They talk more about getting strange then seem like they are battle tested. Many of the Marine characters didn't do too well handling it, dang, the person in control only had 1 combat drop including the one they were one, but had 28 simulated. And, it being a movie you always have to have someone freak out more than normal. It's just Hudson freaked out better than any other war movie which makes it so quotable.

    Wow..... the scoring summary of this game reads like a novel. I have to say any of you who had to sit through this and are still watching, have what I would call True Grit.

    Koji has been pretty lights out other than the past couple of nights. I've seen a few pitches the last few games from him that look dang close to being right over the plate and with nothing on it and no movement. I just read his velocity is down and if the split isn't doing what it needs to he is in trouble. He's 40 also. Hopefully this was just a blip. You gotta stay with him anyway. Our bullpen has pitched the second to most innings in the league, and is around 8th in ERA. As scary as it is, they are doing alright.

    I endorse this post. Or we could get some great bullpen arms. I'm still all in on our crappy pitching rotation. Miley and Porcello will average out. Buch and Kelly look alright. And hell if Masterson hasn't pulled out two good outings in a row. We are in for some serious beat downs facing some hitting teams....... Holy crap start drinking before we play Toronto. I think Ogando is alright, beside a messed up walk for no reason tonight. Tazawa looks good. Ross and Last of the Mujicans scare the crap out of me. Tampa has some serious pitchers. Serious. They are going to cause some fits to other teams. We'll get cranking the hitting. What bugs me is that we could take the ALE this year. Every team in it is not right. We add a piece or two and we will take the ALE, it's too bad we don't have those pieces now. Get Chile Davis to hand out smelling salts before the game.......... and the Sox win 95 games instead of 87.
