Thank goodness we have him though. A backup that is playing full time, does pretty well on D, is a gamer, and in general has played pretty well all year.

This broadcast is so stupid. It's like they have a fake homerun hit sound everytime the bat hits the ball, even when it's a foul. You walk away from the tv and hear a super duper crack and think it's a homerun or something, just to find out it's a foul. Then A-Rod starts talking about how he always was into penis puppetry or something. EFFIn Worst.

I think he was more pissed they were throwing at our superstars head in retaliation to a HBP that was in no way intentional. I did see Cora turn to the Yank bench or Severino at the end and say something. I almost wish he was more animated in calling out that bush league bullcrap.

Both Remy and Eck agreed that this was the best defensive outfield they have ever seen the Sox have. They mentioned Dewey and Lynn, but said they didn't have the speed this crew has. I defer to Remy and Eck

What's crazy to me is that the talk about aquiring a piece now is only talk about the playoffs. It's all about the playoffs now and having shutdown players that can close the game out. There isn't anything to my post other than that. It just blows my mind, the only thought now is how to win ONE game. Or maybe a couple.

Cora has done s***. Lets see if he gets us out of the first round of playoffs and talk about how good Cora is. And I'm a Cora fan boy. Super glad he got thrown out during the attempted Mookie beaming...... it was the right thing to do. I just wished he went out and knowcked out Severino after being tossed.

You know what's I find hysterical. There has been a ton of steals this year where the runner has gone before the pitcher even starts the windup. Maybe it is the first base coach. We've made a lot of pitchers look foolish this year.

THIS!!! DD isn't a genius. He came into a good situation and was told to do whatever needed to take this team to a new level. I'm not even sure if how he did it is better than any other person could have done it. It's not hard to go out and buy the most expensive stuff when you can morgage the house. And another thing I agree about, it's the fringe players GMs get that make or break a season. Pearce, Eovavaldi, Nunez, Napoli, Moreland. Correctly picking those kind of players is the true difficult task.

It's like a thing now. You almost know the outcome. He needs a clean inning. If that dude could be counted on to come in and just close things down 4 or 5 outs he could go down as one of the greatest. But, we haven't seen that. -
He's gone if that's the best you can do. Imagine he walks away? I'm not saying anyone is right or wrong. His contract singing is going to be a pain in the ass.

Make that one guy that thinks all you people are nutz and that the guy better be able to hit his way out of a paper bag and that building a roster isn't a popularity contest. But also that one guy loves JBJ and thinks that watching JBJ on D may be the most fun part of the season.
