    Eventually I learned to park behind the Pru at an underground garage on Huntington Ave across from the Colonnade. It's not that long a walk and easy to get out of.

    People who win March Madness pools are the ones who pick teams by color of uniforms or nicknames or something far less obvious than knowledge. Actually perceived knowledge is a disadvantage in my opinion.

    Anybody watch the Duke - Carolina game? Good stuff. Okafor is a bull. In the college game where touch fouls are called so much, it's hard to comprehend how Okafor can constantly knock defenders back and never get called for the offensive foul.

    Just off the few times I've seen him and his contract situation, I'd rather have Hamels than Lester but I have no idea what his mental makeup is. Although after playing in Philly, the fans and press may not be much different than Boston. But if they didn't really want to pay Lester big money, maybe they don't want to pay the same kind of money to Hamels, albeit for 2 less years. From Peter Gammons...

    Because he walked away from the Sox? Because he was selfish or cheated on his wife? Had chicken every day? I didn't like him as a person or his me-first attitude, but it's hard to argue with the numbers he put up and how hard he worked on his defense.
