  1. And made an unbelievable catch in CF. He also failed to move a runner from second to third when nobody was out in a one run game. Let’s be fair about his performance: some good and some not so good.
  2. He didn’t get the job done. Otherwise he had a great night and he is much improved this year-so far. We will see if he can maintain it. There has been some regression recently that astute observers have noticed-swinging at more pitches outside the zone than earlier this year. Could be he’s tiring, which is what he did last year.
  3. You guys love the entertainment I bring to this site. And how do you know if I provide entertainment value outside of TalkSox? Have we met?
  4. Rafaela did have a big game. HR and a great play in CF. But at a critical moment he failed to move Siegler (on 2nd with nobody out) to third. Situational baseball.
  5. Maybe it’s not over. Maybe Rafaela did cost the team the game…can’t walk the leadoff hitter there
  6. Game over Rafaela’s blunder didn’t matter. But it was still a blunder.
  7. Awwww Bee in your bonnet Moon? Rafaela did cost the team a run and possibly the game
  8. Rafaela has gone back to swinging at balls a foot off the plate
  9. Yup. He gets credit for that. But he did only half the job. We needed help with the offense over the winter and he failed to do that.
