  1. Wouldn't mind the c's drafting sullinger... Watched every gm for him in college, kid is a ball player
  2. Don't know the details, but they already made him an offer thus making him a RFA
  3. Nice young nucleus... Rivers/Gordon/Davis
  4. Where Eli and the giants have been 8-8, 9-7 consistently?
  5. My thoughts exactly .... I don't see how they passed on Robinson
  6. Correction.... He couldn't beat the giants defense-without a healthy gronkowski BTW
  7. Trust me, the afc east title is great, but this season will be a huge disappointment if thats all the hardware they recieve
  8. how come? honestly just wondering.... is it because he's somewhat of a "hothead" or just dot think he will turn into anything? no one can predict how he will turn out, but if anyone can calm him down and teach him the right way to play, i would say its his dad edit: and i'm not saying we should or should'nt draft him, but if ainge does pull the trigger to try and get him, i gotta say it's the right call......i don't pretend to think i know more than danny ainge and the rest of guys they have in the "war room"
  9. It depends to me, I have a cousin who started liking the saints ( after they won the super bowl ) and his reasoning was because Reggie bush was his favorite player.... Funny thing is, the dolphins aren't his NEW favorite team..... Oh and I've seen him calling st Louis " his cardinals " on Facebook .... I have a problem with it if your " favorite " teams are from 4 different cities and have all won championships in the last couple yrs.... I give it 2 months before he's riding the heats nuts also
  10. My whole thing with lackey is, he's had 1 season under a 3.45 era, and 1 season with more than 14 wins ( same season ) and we give the guy 82 million dollars?? And the angels had some pretty potent offensive teams during his tenure there, I could of won a handful of gms myself and I top out with a Timmy Wakefield type fastball!! Anyways, I hope 'ol horse face himself reads this, gets depressed, has to go on Xanax and Valium to deal with his self-esteem, gets hooked on the drugs, graduates to opiates and then fails a few drug tests so we can get out of this contract..... Then maybe, just maybe when he cleans himself up, we give him a minor-league contract for the absolute minimum so I can go to Salem or Pawtucket and watch and heckle the s*** out of for pennies on the dollar for the rest of his horrible god-forsaken career.....then magically 1 day after 2 years of me giving him the business daily, I'm going to stop for a few days, let him think I gave up and then wham!! I'll catch him in the parking lot and , knock him down and rape him ( and no,, not for my pleasure ) but to let him know how it felt to be a red sox fan all these years and watch his ugly face sit in the dugout making millions while I sat in my living room feeling like I was mentally and physically being rammed in every orifice of my body... That's what I think of John lackey Edit: man he had a smoking hot wife though.... Kudos to that
  11. I wouldn't mind Sanchez ( would take less to get him compared to some others ) but if we are gonna make a move for a former player that we traded to the marlins, I think we can all agree it rather be hanram
  12. I'll be at the Sunday Yankee gm, would love to see Crawford and ells out there
  13. Jenks can burn in hell with lackey.... 2 of the dumbest acquisitions we've made
  14. i hate a west coast trip after a home game.... 3,000 miles after an afternoon gm, makes for a s***** day
  15. Bard in his more familiar role? his job from now on is to go out there, throw heat, dont hold anything back........i think he'll be fine
  16. people can say what they want, but playing this good, AND getting ready to have crawford/ellsbury/bailey back WITH bard as the setup has got me pretty f***ing excited!!!!!!!!!!! : sorry about the profanity, im really that excited:thumbsup::thumbsup:
  17. of course, youk starting to hit in chicago........ good to see, loved that guy
