Well regardless of the regular season records I think it should be obvious that the road to the WS runs through Houston and it should not be hard to see why. We can get there...but the road runs through Houston. They can hit with anybody and they can pitch with anybody. That is a pretty potent combination. Their lineup is stronger than ours 1-9. Their rotation is just as good as ours and their pen is better.

Three blind mice alert. ESPN has exclusive rights to tomorrow night's game. That's perfect timing for ya'. Now we will be subjected to the three blind mice blathering on about the all powerful Astros for three hours.

Rick needs to come up big tomorrow....up by 8 over the MFY or not. Rick needs to come up big and the team needs to be a bit more competitive than they have been in this series so far.

Yea Eck Astros have guys that can punch guys out and they have a pen that can rescue them when they are gassed.

Well done Mookie. Betts knew he was going up there and was ready for it. Really kind of a mistake by Morton though. Up 0-2 in the count should at least have tried to waste one even farther outside and see if he could get Mookie to chase.

I believe he is. If Wright stays healthy he is going to walk right onto our post season roster.

That pitch was not even close to where Vaz wanted it. Erod does have the classic contemporary pitcher problem. Really cannot pitch that well inside even when he is on. If Pedro was up in that booth he would be going wild right now.

I have no idea why Erod suddenly thinks he is Nolan Ryan. He is like about a foot or two short of Nolan on his FB.

Eck...."Erod hasn't mixed in off speed that well". He is throwing garbage off speed. Its just not moving very much for him so far today.

Anything hit to Right or even fading to Right is being knocked down in the breeze today. Probably why JBJ slightly overran the ball hit over his head.

Boy this team can hit. Very aggressive but aggressive on strikes. Very good eye up and down the order.
