    I am not stirring any pots. It just seems to me that Farrel has no clue anymore what to do and he is messing everything up by not protecting his prospects. I am sure Bogaerts will be the player that everybody says he will be but I hope it won't be in another MLB team.

    I get the feeling that all that shoving him around in defense and the batting line up is killing Xander Bogaerts now. First they brought back Drew and now he is way down in the batting line up. He is incredibly mature for his age but a player can take only take that much dissapointments. I feel that they are toying with him and it affects his game. What are your thoughts?

    Yessss! The Netherlands beat Cuba for the fifth time in a row. This was an Epic game that was decided in the bottom of the ninth. On to the final four now. I am hoping for a semi final against the Dominican Republic. I understand this tourney is not every Americans cup of tea but as a Dutchman I really love it. And also Nice to see Xander Bogarts doing well in clutch situations although is batting average is poor.

    I am from Amsterdam the Netherlands. It is realy hard to buy some nice fan stuff or memorabilia here I am thinking of buying a signed baseball by David Ortiz or Cody Ross. There are some available on ebay. They come with holographic certificates of authenticaty. My question is how reliable are these certificates and sellers? I would hate to spend 70 or 80 bucks on a fake.

    That's exactly how I felt when I saw Valentine saying he apologized. I couldn't believe my ears. The only criticism I had with Francona was that he never really seemed to get angry at players. Sometimes a player needs a good kick in the butt or a reality check. I thought Valentine could bring this to the team. How wrong I was.

    Bard looked really good giving up only one run. Too bad the umpire completely lost it when Cody Ross was struck out with three balls. I am still pissed about this.

    After this amazing anticlimactical Red Sox season I went completely crazy last night. Our boys won the world cup of baseball for the first time. Not bad for a such a small country! I am going to start drinking beers now!

    Wow this must be the weirdest season ever. I think they deserved more but they just let it all slip away. We need some great starting pitchers next season and then it will all work out. I am still gutted that Papelbon couldn't make the save.

    I like Francona as a manager. The only thing that I would like to see some more is him showing more emotion during games. You can't blame him for the recent downswing. It's all down to the injuries in the pitching lineup if you ask me.

    Hy all. Just want to introduce myself. I am Andre? and I live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. A great city to live in but not when you are a Red Sox fan. Luckiliy I have the skills and technology to watch the games. I signed up because of the possible anti-climax of this season. I really hope all injuries in the bullpen will vanish rapidly and hope to find some consolation with fellow fans if it backfires. :thumbsup:
