    Had Sale or Porcello pitched this would be a win. Finding ways to lose games lately.

    We all do. Absolutely frustrating. This team just flat out sucked out the last two games.

    It's still early. I'm frustrated too but we won a World Series in 2013 and made playoffs last year. We also lost Ortiz. Not sure Farrell walking and us getting someone els is going to do us any good. Who is out there that would come in and all the sudden get these guys hitting again?

    Just remembered we play the Cubs tomorrow too. Things certainly won't get easier.

    Probably not. With how we are offensively we are going to lose this game regardless. Absolute waste of Sale pitching a great game today

    Win today and for the most part all is well. A loss hurts that much more when our 2 best pitchers are playing the game. It seems offensively we step up when we have to if the pitching is bad. But as soon as Porcello or Sale pitch we completely lay an egg. Yesterday should have been a win being that New York couldn't`t score many runs either. Such as life. I`ll be watching the Sens and Rangers game while listening to this game on my phone lol.

    Pitching was just fine today. Offensively we s*** ourselves. Home game against the Yanks and they come out and play like that.... unreal

    I know it's still early in the season but this offense is really starting to worry me with how inconsistent they are.

    So will they do a double header tomorrow?

    It's still too early to tell how we will be offensively. I think we will be just fine. We are competing for the division right now and struggling against good pitchers which is common at the beginning of the season. This series against the Yankees will bring out the best in this team I am sure of it.

    Agree with this on all accounts but I just hate seeing us cough up games like this from not being able to hit.... offensively we should be strong. I can't stand to see us lose these low scoring contests. These early games count down the road.

    We s*** ourselves against good teams is what it boils down to...... If we lose tomorrow and then a series against the Yanks.... this team could be hurting.... Disappointing night

    The loss hurts especially when the pitching over all ws good but win today and make things right. I was not expecting to sweep Baltimore (although it would have been nice) if we can take 2 wins I'm happy. Wright is up today which makes me nervous. He has been wildly inconsistent this year but he rebounded nice last game after a rough first inning.
