    Well the Yanks showing like they belong in the playoffs.

    Cleveland up 3-2 now. Could be two quick series for Houston and the Guardians. At last the Yanks are putting in some effort and not getting blown out. Much more than I can say for us.

    It has certainly sucked all the fun out of the postseason for me. Not even sure who I want to win anymore now. I thought the Red Sox could at least make this a decent series..... Heres hoping they can at least win one game tomorrow but with Fister on the mound it will take a miracle to get it done.

    I just really hope Sale gains a bit of weight in the offseason. The man is an incredible pitcher and has some great stuff...... He showed that in the first half of the season and parts of the second half of the season. But he is so thin and I think he just got so burnt out near the end and didn't have much left in his throws..... Obviously I am not a pitching coach but that is just my opinion. I think Sale can have another fantastic year next year but needs to bulk up a bit. With the 2nd half of the season I think we all were expecting this could happen come playoffs. Poms I was a bit shocked I won't lie as he has been our most consistent pitcher outside of 1 or 2 crap starts.

    How silly of us to think that things can only get better from here on out. Just keeps going from bad to worse.

    Yankees are a grinding kind of team. They can usually protect a lead pretty decent and a big part of that is because they have a strong bullpen. Will be an interesting finish in this game should be another close one.

    Good for them. As much as I hate the Yankees I respect the fact that they at least look like they belong in that series.

    On paper we are horribly outmatched offensively but I thought we would at least take 1 of us with Sale and Poms starting. I sure as hell didn't think both games we would get blown out the way we are. Never predicted this in a million years. Call me a positive thinker but losing 16-3 between yesterday and today is not what I had in mind when we entered this series.

    I fully agree Cleveland and Houston are much better but getting swept back to back seasons still shocks me. Not saying we have been swept yet but it's looking like a very good possibility. Considering we beat Houston 3 times in the regular season you would at least think we have the talent to give them a good series and win maybe one game..... especially with Sale and Poms pitching. Game 1 we looked horrible outmatched and it's starting to look that way in game 2 as well.

    Yup its garbage. Even had Sale and Poms been on point both games would have made very little difference unless they had basically a no hitter.

    Why the hell doesn't Price get one more inning? Guy has been absolutely solid and only played not even 3 innings. Pretty sure we could give him another inning.

    Absolutely something has to change...... This is completely pathetic. 3 runs in 15 damn innings is absolutely unacceptable. What is the point in making the playoffs only to be swept 2 years in a friggin row.

    Another awesome inning for Price. Really wish we would have started him. Not sure if it would have been different or not but he has looked solid. Maybe this will ignite the offense or something.

    Price could go the rest of the way and shut these guys down (which would be fantastic to see) but won't help unless the offense gets something going. 3 friggin runs...... My god!!!!
