  1. Offense and bullpen come through. Wow.
  2. I could do it when I’m drunk.
  3. The bats coming through!
  4. If price was half decent this would be an easy win.
  5. lol funny how that works with opposing fans.
  6. Offense coming to play.
  7. Price is garbage today. Thank god raptors play soon.
  8. Just got home. Wow. Ugly first for Price.
  9. Don't worry Kimmi, the Sox will get you a win tonight
  10. I swear that performance he had in the playoffs gave him all kinds of confidence. He has been amazing this year.
  11. Agreed. This time last year it was just expected we would put up 8 plus runs a game..... This year we are stunned when it happens..... Even against a bad pitcher lol.
  12. If Price keeps pitching the way he has this could be one time where the offense can lay an egg and we still win. Price has been that good.
  13. I'm not proud of it and maybe that is on me..... This offense is still dead in the water. Porcello was fantastic outside of the 1st inning, but we still needed extremely solid pitching to win that game. The offense still scores in chunks and usually against crap teams.... But when it comes to us playing the big boys they go cold. If the pitching can stay solid with Sale, Price and Porcello and even E-Rod AND (that is a big and/if) the offense shows up this team can be deadly and really right this ship.
  14. The Thunder mojo will keep on rolling! Price is up...… If we don't win this one something is wrong with us. Price has been nothing short of sensational this year.
  15. Meh. Can’t get any worse than what we are seeing now lol.
  16. God no...... I don't ever want to see him in a Sox uniform again.
  17. This! People sometimes try to make a sport more complex than it is..... And you know what? Sometimes it is! Sometimes the top line didn't do it's job, or the defense sat back and wasn't aggressive enough, or momentum went out the window because the refs were horrible and the other team had 4 straight PP's to start the period...... In this case I agree with Slasher... IT IS THAT SIMPLE!!!! Binnington was absolutely lights out. I have been watching hockey since I was a tiny and know the game decently well. The Bruins didn't "choke" They had some very good quality shots and Binnington was making some of the most unbelievable saves I have ever seen... The way he was stretching those legs out and making those split saves where he had no business making the save was something you don't see very often. His playoff run kind of reminded me of Halak's run 7 or 8 years ago when the Habs beat the Pens and the Caps. Unfortunately when a team runs into a hot goalie like that who is dialed in it's very hard to beat a team like that. I don't know what the future holds for Binnington.... Will he be the next Patrick Roy or will he fizzle out like Cam Ward did? Cam Ward did this in 2006 when the Canes won their Stanley Cup against the Oilers.... He fizzled out a bit a few years later but at that time he was incredible, same with Binnington.... Whether he is good or not in the future remains to be seen. But last night for that one night he was sensational. That is why the Bruins lost.
  18. Good post! Agreed... And very classy! Bruins will be back next year they are a great team with a lot of fire. They will compete. Just like my Senators....... *Hangs head in shame*
  19. Very true. And honestly I think Hernandez might actually turn out to be a decent pitcher for us. Getting Eovaldi back will be huge. I just don’t want to see anymore bullpen games. Ugh. They are painful.
