    Baseball-Reference says we have Ellsbury thru 2011, 1yr/2.4m I thought we had him till '13, so BoSox have to re-sign at the end of this one?

    Go Sox -- Give Beckett some god-damn Run Supportttt!! f*** the Guardians! Let's take 3 out of 4 now. If Ellsbury is ON tonight and Pedroia and Gonzo are as they were last night or better we can win this one. Ellsbury's 0-4 night yesterday hurt us. I'm going to the Angels/Twins game tonight -- woo!! Go Angels, I guess? Santana is pitching: No-Hitter #2???!!!!

    s*****. Ellsbury didn't have any fire tonight. Neither did Ortiz. Lackey was decent, better than pre-ASB.

    For real. Wtf. Need to pick up a superior replacement in the off-season. So, with Buchholz injury it seems he might have to re-work his entire delivery... fuuuck. It suck Bard ended his scoreless inning streak, BUT at least he broke it now and not sometime in, like, the playoffs vs. yankees. Now the pressure of the streak is off, right? :/

    Crawford still an ACE defensively even if he is a bit weak at the plate thus far this season. Lackey may have given up 5 but 7 innings pitched is good -- especially since we are in this game. Essentially it is 0-0 ... Aw, nvm, 6 2/3 innings. But still, good job Lackey. I like what I'm seeing this second half of the season. He could still get the win if we explode in the bottom of the 7th like usual!

    I was being modest b/c you know how sometimes the Red Sox get stuck in those 1-3 run games. Hell yeah. I want to smother these Guardians! We're 2-3 runs away from that tonight.

    I want 4 out of 4. f*** the Guardians. I hope we put up 30+ runs this series. I'm loving that this game is on ESPN. However, I really need to buy MLB.TV! Tomorrow: going to the Angels/Twins game @ Anaheim. Should be fun though I'll be sportin' Red Sox gear.

    hellz yea! He got to 90 RBIs on the last day of July. I hope he can get to 150. 2 months for 60! but he is on pace for 135. A few more homers would help. Ellsbury might eclipse Gonzo for HRs this season. So could Pedroia. Red Sox: 20-6 in July. ANNND, Crawford will perform! We just gotta' have faith in him. I'm sure part of his slump is all the f***ing pressure from Red Sox fans and his huggge paycheck. If the fans support him he'll feel more comfortable, too. I'm sure it can be stressfull playing at Fenway with such intense fans and sold-out every game!! (but also wicked fun)

    Called it! No more Buch. Suppose we could still win the series but it would be one helluva' tough fight especially if Red Sox had to take on Phillie. Then it'd be game over. I hope Beckett stays in ACE form for next season. Fuuuck. Who knows who will be injured next year.

    Crawford will perform at his 7.5+ WAR levels again and for the Red Sox. Maybe this year is just funky for him. 1st (season) is the worst, 2nd (season) is the best. lol, right ... exception: Gonzo.

    Bummed we didn't Ubaldo. Sox have to play the Guardians starting monday! Damn Ubaldo. I hope we shell him for 10 runs in 3 2/3 Sure hope we acquire someone like King Felix this off-season...
