  1. Back to back SO. Good job Felix.
  2. Salty should have blocked the plate.
  3. Nasty Strike out!
  4. Aceves is a great asset in this team. He is a great reliever. This is not Aceves' fault. He is not a closer. Give him his 2011 job. He is great eating innings.
  5. This is becoming a chicken/egg game. Your starter could give you a QS, but if your BP sucks, you will lose several games, like today. On the other hand, if your SP shits the bed, will be hard for your BP and offense keep you in the game, like the collapse. This is our situation and dilemma right now. The situation became more complicated since Bailey will be out for a long time in the season. Cross your fingers and hope that our 1-3 do not go to DL for a long time or under perform, otherwise fasten your seatbelts gentlemen cause this could be a rough and long season. We as fans just can support this team and try to enjoy the season and opine about situations, so... do not take the discussion in personal battles, it is not worthy my friends. Animo!
  6. what did Detroit give up for him?
  7. Sorry SFoC. I promise this week is ready my cover.
  8. Hell, Just noticed that Aceves put INF @ WHIP and ERA in my fantasy team:lol:
  9. As I said, he is the most likely "closer", but that is my opinion.
  10. A guy like Fister would have been an excellent option for us (4-5). Instead, We brought an injury prone, and the rest is history.
  11. Bravo!, Nothing more to say.
  12. Padilla, Aceves, Bard, Morales are not closers. I said that Bard is not ready to close, at least not now, but he is the most likely "closer" from our poll, and given our circumstances he should take that role. There's no more jung. We decided not to bring a SP and let walk Papelbon. These experiments are taxing mentally the entire team. If they want to keep making experiments, like putting Morales or Padilla as closers, fine, but do not be surprised if we keep blowing "won games".
  13. "Closers are overrated" "Closers are just relievers" "Papelbon didn't deserve that contract". Yeah, Sure.
  14. Back in an hour
  15. Wow! I went to run and I left the game 4-0... And now 9-7? Hahahaha yeah!
  16. This is pathetic already.
  17. This team needs an operating room in the clubhouse LOL!
  18. Rays' Offense struggled in ST, and now they are scoring tons of runs. They have an amazing rotation. Sure, It's early but do not be surprised if they win the division.
  19. Hopefully this year is not the case and/or one of our top3 underperform. Either way SFF you always keep my hopes vivid . You are probably the most optimistic poster in this board, hell! You always find out good things in this team despite L like this, love it.
