  1. Some were betting going after Lee, it was a terrible idea in the first place considering his age, contract attached to him and healthy concerns. As I said it was a looooooong shot. Regarding Hamels, it could be possible, but these days and as long as I know NY, Tor could be pushing and only God knows who else is in the mix.
  2. Lee expiriencing elbow soreness. Stay away.
  3. And just like that seems like NYY is close to get Hamels.
  4. Fred, probably you have heard more rumors about this kid in LA.
  5. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julio_Ur%C3%ADas
  6. Great to see pitching today this kid Urias (18 YO) from Huiguerita, Sinaloa, Mex.; a really great prospect of LAD; some are saying that he is the next Kershaw. Happy for him because he has a great story of life behind since his tumor in his left eye and comes from a very very poor family. He has a FB of 98 mph with a very good command. Some are saying that he could make his debut next season, if so not sure how many pitchers have made a debut at that age. Hopefully he makes his dream come true, the kid deserves it.
  7. Grand Slam for Pedroia hahaha
  8. Ogando allows other 2 Rs via HR.
  9. 4-4. Napoli ties The game.
  10. Pedroia has looked very good AB
  11. Well, Kelly is not looking good.
  12. It's worthless CP, he is going to go in circles.
  13. Today Kelly goes to the mound vs Twins . The game will be transmitted on MLB.TV.
  14. Probably some people are a bit susceptible recently, probably because the offseason has been slow but probably the spring training could help. Tomorrow we go against the Twins.
  15. Then they shouldn't read them, don't you think? Not sure how this could be an issue.
  16. mmmmm.... Wonder where did I say the opposite?. As I said, stats are a great point to start, but once a game starts, your eyes are your best ally. In other words Spud, my models which are based on stats, advanced math methods and rest on the IBM SPSS software help me pick the best matches and lines from a pull. Once I pick those games and lines, and once those games start, my intuition/knowledge/eyes/expirience are my only allies If I want to close the original bet ticket or simply raise the original bet.
  17. Don't you have another cliche, Gallo?
  18. Oh that. Well they are when you bet, mostly when you bet when a game is already started. When it is already started your eyes are your best ally. As sk said, stats only will show what happened, reason why I said that they are a great point to start.
  19. Did she or didn't she disagree with what I said? Use your common sense Gallo.
  20. Is that crap? Haha it's a simple comment to me. Do you really want to hear crap, come here and listen to our president.
  21. Well, you disagreed with what I said, Or which part did you disagree? Also, people continue to believe something that has been proven false by stats because they know what their eyes see? Like what Kim?
  22. What is the big deal with the 'Farrell ran a Boy Scout camp last St' ? Haha does it really bother you so much? Really?
  23. If stats told you everything, everyone would win at bettings. I'm with sk here, you need both.
  24. Stats are a great point to start, then your eyes, experience, intuition, expirience or whatever you want a call it is your best ally when you try to predict the result of a game when it is already started.
