  1. More so than Lackey, I'd personally settle for some chewed bubble gum and some printer paper.
  2. Yankees lose, and it isn't hurting anything at all to post updates on their game. It's relevant.
  3. Cameron popped out in his first Florida AB, I hope they enjoy him.
  4. No worries, Perez is coming in.
  5. Nick Swouchebag with an RBI double, 5-1 with 2nd & 3rd and none out.
  6. We close out this one, it's more gained ground on those bastards.
  7. Hughes on the ropes in the 5th, 2 on 2 out. Come on O-Cab!
  8. Gameday has that pitch right down the pipe.
  9. I love offense. Pitching's overrated
  10. Anyone ever notice how every time Mark Texeira does something his breathing makes him look like a f***ing blowfish?
  11. I like this Navarro kid, what does he project as down the road?
  12. We really need to figure out what to do with the back half of this rotation, Lackey and Wake just suck and Wake will get hurt I'm sure. Hopefully Buch can come back and Miller can stay the course as a solid 4/5 guy and we can figure out what the f*** to do with the last spot whether it be a call-up or a trade.
  13. Hughes over 30 pitches in the 1st.
  14. Which is probably smart. In most cases, it's better to just let it heal rather than let it get worse. There are exceptions made though, like when Curt Schilling single-leggedly raped both the Yankees and Cardinals after having his surgery.
  15. Hughes tonight for the Yankees. Spent 82 days on the DL and I hope that ,after all of the talk of him being improved and having velocity back, he gets absolutely destroyed. It would make me very happy.
  16. Hell, less than that. Mo's blown 4 this year. And on the topic of Rivera, what makes him so much better than Hoffman or any of the other great relievers? I'm not saying he isn't one of the best ever and he certainly is a dominant closer but how is he so above the rest as everyone says he is? Everybody says "Mo's in, game over." where the same can be said for a lot of closers. How is Mo so much better than Hoffman, Smith, Sutter, or any of the modern greats like K-Rod, Pap, or Bell. Mo is one of the best all time but he isn't absolutely and inarguably better by the wide margin everyone says he is.
  17. Not to mention he's got a slight height disadvantage
  18. Hey, who cares? Sox won!
  19. Looked good enough on the replay, a much worse throw could've been made.
  20. Great play on both ends, the throw and the block. f*** if he was safe or not.
