He's consistent in that he's been really bad. He's been very inconsistent on which corner he's giving, high/low, etc. He just consistently misses calls.
Go back and watch that AB by Rhymes. Buchholz dropped a curve that spit the plate and the batter in half. But it was somehow a ball. Then, he should have rung him up on a perfect fastball at the letters and on the inside corner. Another ball.
